NOT WORKING!!!

Im not a hater! The app just does not work now, and others are experiencing this as well. I just bought the latest two tables, and now the entire app is not working! Between all your apps, I OWN ALL YOUR TABLES! Please fix soon! BTW, Im am on an iPad Pro 12.9" running iOS 10.0.2.
